ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A man was found unconscious and bleeding near an Albany intersection Saturday night.

Just after nine Albany Police responded 200 block of School Street and Clark Avenue in reference to a man down.

They got there and found the victim, L.C. Tumblin.

Officers said that he was unconscious with visible injuries to his head and face, and was struck with an unknown object.

He was transported to Phoebe Putney and treated for his injuries.
