SAN FRANSISCO, CA (WALB) - Former Lee County baseball star Buster Posey has been optioned to AAA Fresno by San Francisco.

During spring training with the Giants Posey batted .321 with one homer and nine RBIs. The Giants drafted Posey with the fifth overall pick in the 2008 draft after Posey had one of the greatest collegiate seasons ever at Florida State.
