ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Authorities in Ben Hill County need help finding a man wanted for questioning in the sexual assault of a 40-year-old mentally disabled woman.
They want to talk to 45-year-old Cecil Grace Smith, Sr., who lives in Fitzgerald.
He is 6 foot tall, 240 pounds, and he is known to do odd jobs around the area, such as yard work.
He has an active arrest warrant out for probation violation, so if you see this man please call 911.
