ALBANY, GA (WALB) -   Around 2:00AM, police found 56-year-old John Johnson lying in a yard at 816 Cedar Avenue. He'd been shot in the hip. He's okay but police don't know who shot him.

About an hour later, shots were fired on Roosevelt Avenue.

Shortly after police got the call, they pulled over an SUV at the AutoZone on South Slappey. They arrested 22-year-old Nathaniel Davis, 20-year-old Ryan Pittman and 24-year-old Curles Lee Butler.

Police say Butler fired shots at a couple as they left the club, but no one was struck.

The three suspects are accused of beating another man who was with the couple.

Davis and Pittman are charged with simple battery. Butler's charged with simple battery and aggravated assault.
