Albany- Police say 45 year old Angela Ervin was turning left onto Beattie Road. She pulled in front of 22 year old Leroy Thompson.

His Explorer slammed into her Camaro. Police charged Ervin with failure to yield.

Thompson has been treated and released, Ervin is still being treated for injuries.
