Albany- The program is called Veterans Re.P.A.I.R., Incorporated. Minister William Paul donated $1.5 million and wants the federal government to give $5 billion to help veterans and their families deal with stress, substance abuse, joblessness, and homelessness after returning from war.
Paul is helping South Georgians create their own non-profit organizations so they can in turn use their businesses to help veterans.
