VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) – Twenty-two-year-old Nicholas Hill was taken into custody Thursday afternoon, charged with shooting two people last week.
Lajoyce Williams, 29, who was carrying her 11-month child, was struck by a bullet fired by Hill, VPD says.
Nine year-old Rajaez Moseley was also struck in the leg when Hill was said to have fired shots on Claudia Circle.
Police say that public tops lead to the arrest of Hill, who is now in the Lowndes County jail, charged with possession with a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He is also charged with three counts of aggravated assault.
