High school student shot, sent to hospital

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police confirm a Monroe High School student was shot on the 1300 block of Avalon Avenue. Police say EMS crews rushed the 17-year old male to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
