ALBANY, GA (WALB) –New information  on the death of a Florida man found inside his SUV in East Albany last week.

57-year old Leonard Higgins had a bag over his head, and his hands and feet were tied.

Even so, Albany Police say they do not suspect foul play in his death.

Higgins was found inside his Ford SUV near a drainage ditch on Broadway Court last week. The family says that Higgins' car was out of gas.

Investigators are still trying to determine how long he had been there, but his body was badly decomposed.

Higgins' sister, says she can't understand why the retired grocery store manager would be in Albany, and the family doesn't believe he took his own life.
