ALBANY, GA (WALB) –A Florida woman was taken to the hospital after her car spun and rolled over on a busy Albany street.

Amazingly, the 21 year old driver from Florida , was not seriously injured.

The crash happened just after 10 on Westover Boulevard in front of the Westover Animal Hospital. Police say Vanity Robinson from Palmetto lost control on a wet street, hydroplaned into the ditch, and overturned.

Joeanna Eckler saw the crash in her rear view mirror, and went back to help. She was shocked the woman driving did not appear to have any serious injuries.

Eckler said "totally shocked. When you see a roll over like that, you don't expect good outcomes. You know what I'm saying. It's shocking."

Robinson was transported to the hospital, treated and released. Albany Police charged her with failure to maintain lane.
