ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Authorities say that 26-year-old Rosie Gaskins, whose body was found in her car Sunday in Willacoochee, was shot to death.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00PM at the Willacoochee Church of God.
Down a dirt path off Springhead Church Road is where Gaskins was discovered. She was found dead in the driver's seat of her car just past the gate.
She was last seen alive on Saturday. Meanwhile,her friends are taking donations for funeral expenses for the woman they call "Rose Bud."
Viewing is at her mother's home at 147 Lowther Street from now until noon Thursday.
