ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A Moultrie woman and man are charged with the hit and run death of a Worth County man 3:00 AM Saturday.
Investigators say 25-year-old Kimberly Nicole Moore was driving the Black Dodge Magnum that killed 26-year-old Jordan Hicks early Saturday morning on Highway 33 south of Sylvester.
30-year-old Torronza Lemke McNeal was a passenger in the hit and run vehicle. They are both charged with homicide by vehicle in the first degree.
The car was found not long after the accident.
Police suspect Moore left the crash because she had a suspended driver's license.
The two are being held in the Worth County jail.
