ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Monroe defensive back Justin Mims has signed to play at Belhaven College in Mississippi.
Mims was a star safety for Charles Truitt's defense.
He had 58 tackles and four interceptions in his senior season.
After working his way into the starting lineup at Monroe, Justin Mims is ready to do the same at Belhaven.
Justin Mims said. "I worked hard for four years. Earned my position. I am just going to do my best at everything I do."
Mims was second team 1-AAA selection his senior year.
