ALBANY, GA (WALB) – We have new details on a man wanted for questioning in a murder investigation.

Less than an hour after we showed you 19-year old Shuntavious Jermaine Seay's picture on our six o'clock news Monday night, he surrendered to police.

Investigators are talking to him about the shootout outside Brick House Productions February 14th in which 20-year old LaSheldon Stanford was killed.

Seay hasn't been charged with any crime yet.

Albany city commissioners revoked Brick House's business license a couple of weeks after the murder.
