March 31, 2003

Bainbridge- The governors talked about drug interdiction, terrorism, and homeland security at a meeting to discuss the tri-state water wars.

Governor Bush says Georgia has joined a program piloted by Florida which helps law enforcement fight terrorism.

"It's called Matrix which is means to share data amongst law enforcement officers across these states to help in the fight against terror," says Bush.

Bush says 12 other states have already signed on to his Matrix program.
