Albany- The Dougherty County Kiwanis Club makes two generous donations to groups who make a difference in many Southwest Georgians lives.

The Kiwanis Club presented the American Red Cross five hundred dollars to help with Camilla relief efforts. The group also donated forty six hundred dollars to Rebuilding together with Christmas in April.

This group helps repair homes for families. Both groups say this donation will help them reach their goals.

The American Red Cross in Albany is now recruiting assistance locally for Camilla residence. You can call (229)436-4845 to help.
