Hundreds of students compete for math honors

Albany- Hundreds of Georgia students came to Albany Friday to see what school has the best number crunchers. Albany State University hosted the annual Mathematics Tournament.

Students from all over South Georgia took written examinations and competed in ciphering matches. Several students say this competition helps their math skills improve. 

Westover High School won first place.  Houston County won second, and Perry High School finished in third place.
