AMERICUS, GA (WALB) -  The South Georgia Tech Lady Jets had no problem defeating Middle Georgia 73-53 in the championship game of the GJCAA Region XVII basketball tournament.

The Lady Jets will now play the North Carolina/South Carolina champion in the district championship game next Saturday.

The district winner advances to the NJCAA tournament.
