ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Another victim has come forward with criminal allegations against an Albany doctor.
Dr. Kalpesh Patel of the Albany Neurology and Headache Center was indicted again on sexual assault charges. He was indicted February 10th after a woman accused him of grabbing her breasts and removing her underwear during a medical exam in 2008.
Also indicted Wednesday was 28 year old Ricky Randle of Albany.
He's charged with more than 100 counts of sexual exploitation of children and child molestation.
Randle was arrested in December after hundreds of child pornography pictures were found on his blackberry.
