ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  The Dougherty County School Board has reached an out-of-court settlement with three media outlets in an Open Records lawsuit.

The Board has agreed to release the names of the three finalists for the school superintendent's job.

Six members voted to accept. The lone dissenter was Emily Jean McAfee.
