ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Darton College Lady Cavaliers get a big 67-58 first round win over Atlanta Metro in the GJCAA Region XVII women's basketball tournament at South Georgia Tech.
The Lady Cavaliers will advance to play #1 Middle Georgia at 6:00 p.m. in the semifinals on Wednesday.
The South Georgia Tech Lady Jets cruised by #7 Andrew 78-33.
The #2 Lady Jets will play #3 Georgia Perimeter in the other semifinal at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Georgia Perimeter defeated the Lady Titans of Albany Tech 64-54.
The Lady Titans end their first ever season with an 11-15 record.
