ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Albany Police still haven't charged anyone with shooting and killing 20-year old LaSheldon Stanford outside Brick House Productions early Sunday.
Wednesday night, they did charge 20-year old Henry Wallace and 17-year old Shacoby Seay with aggravated assault and gang participation in connection with a fight that led to the shooting.
Wallace's girlfriend, 19-year old Taneisha Seay, is charged with making false statements.
Three other suspects were previously charged in the fight, but again no one is yet charged with murder.
