ALBANY, GA (WALB) –A sentencing date has been set for three co-conspirators in the downtown Albany theft case.

Shanon Buie, Nicole Brown and Tim Washington will be sentenced March 1st.

The three of them pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges in the investigation into former downtown manager Don Buie.

Buie pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to 12 months.
