ALBANY, GA (WALB) – An Albany woman got a nice surprise Tuesday when she scratched off a lottery ticket worth a whopping $250,000.

She purchased the Slots-of-Luck ticket at the Mini Mart on Stuart Avenue.

The store has a reputation of selling winning tickets, and lottery fans such as Anthony Blocker say that's why they play here.

"It's a lot of winnings at this store. It's like the other store on the east side. where that man won a million dollars, same way here. She won a quarter million this morning. I was like wow! Something you wouldn't even believe."

We don't know the winner's name yet.

Slots of Luck tickets cost $10.00.

There are 60 top prizes of $250,000 dollars.
