ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A close call for a family of three Tuesday morning when their car was pinned underneath a tractor trailer. It happened around 10:30 Tuesday morning on the liberty expressway.

58-year old James Logan, 27 year old Belight Moye and 3 year old Shianna Moye of Moultrie were stopped at a traffic light in the northbound lane of 19. The driver of a tractor trailer didn't stop in time.

45-year old James Runions of West Virginia clipped the car with the fuel tank of his cab and then swept the car underneath his trailer. Remarkably, everyone is okay. They were taken to the hospital, but have all been released.

Runions is charged with driving too fast for conditions and running a red light.
