ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  Earthquake relief efforts continue in south Georgia.

A Tifton businessman organized a cook-out Friday afternoon and invited the public to come by and make donations to help quake survivors.

Local businesses donated food, entertainment, and furniture to be auctioned off.

"We're trying to raise money for the Haiti relief fund and we just want to do our part,"fundraising organizer James Bradley said. "It's all about doing what you need to do to get out and do something."

The auction will last through Saturday.
