SUV overturns on Westover

Albany-- A Ford Explorer flipped over when another vehicle ran into it.

Tony Cella, of Tifton, was driving Southbound on Westover Boulevard when Deborah Whitaker of Sylvester, driving a Lincoln Towncar, hit the Explorer while attempting to turn onto the roadway.

The SUV was overturned by the impact. Thankfully, the driver of the explorer was wearing his seat belt, and was not injured. Whitaker was charged with failure to yield entering a roadway.
