ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  For the third time in three months, someone shot at a Moultrie Police officer Saturday.

Police charged 20-year old Elbert Jackson and two juveniles with aggravated assault on a police officer and aggravated assault on the passenger in his vehicle, but they're still looking for the man they think actually fired the shots.

Off-duty Officer Freddie Williams had stopped in the 900 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest to break up a fight. A man in the group pulled out a shotgun. Williams got back in his car with a relative and as the two drove off the man fire two shots at the car.
