APD search for two hit and run drivers

By Tayleigh Davis

ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Albany police say 66-year-old Roosevelt Coley was crossing Olgethorpe Boulevard near Jefferson street shortly after 8 o'clock Saturday evening when he was hit by two cars.

Police believe the first car is a burgundy four-door Chrysler.  The second car is a SUV; either a Mercury Mountaineer or a Ford Explorer.

Police say the Chrysler has damage to the passenger's side mirror.

If you have any information about who may have been driving these two vehicles,  please call Albany Police Department at 229-431-2100 or call Crime Stoppers at 229-436-TIPS(8177)
