ALBANY, GA (WALB) –New information on that domestic dispute that ended with a man's suicide.  We now know the man fired shots into his home before he drove off and shot himself.

Investigators say 32-year old Priness Peak fired three shots through the back door of his home on Cobblestone Court before Police arrived.

Police say just after 9 P-M Peak and his wife had been arguing and he hit her.

She called Police, and Peak left before officers arrived.

He returned to the home about 11:30 and fired three shots.

No one was hit.

As officers arrived at the home for the second time, Peak drove off.

Moments later he fatally shot himself and his truck crashed into a parked Lexus.
