THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) – Federal Emergency Management Agency resources from south Georgia may be helping with relief in Haiti. But FEMA representatives won't tell us for sure.

A convoy of trucks left FEMA's Federal Region Center in Thomasville Wednesday evening.

We were denied access to the complex. And FEMA representatives will not give us specifics about the convoy.

The center includes a 38-thousand square foot underground, protected facility that can handle emergency communications during a disaster.
