Westover High's Richard Hodges is stepping down as the Patriots head football coach.  Hodges turned in his resignation to Dougherty County athletic director Johnny Seabrooks on Friday. 

Hodges' teams went 16 and 34 in the last five seasons, including a mark of 3 and 7 in 2002.  His resignation is effective at the end of the 2002-2003 school year.
