ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Valdosta State's Tyrone Curnell picks up his second Gulf South Conference east division player of the week award.
The senior from Ocoee, Florida had 21 points and 10 rebounds in just 22 minutes in the Blazers win over Lambuth Saturday.
The next day Curnell scored a career high 36 points in the Blazers conference win at North Alabama.
Tyrone Curnell is fourth in the GSC at 17 points a game.
The Blazers are back in action tonight at home against West Florida.
