The Troup County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for three dangerous felons believed to be in the West Point, GA area.

Arthur Demartino Barrett, aka Artez Barrett, Daniel Lee Allen- aka 'Seven,' and Kelly Lavar Stephens aka Earl Kelly Stephens, Earl Kelly Davidson, may be in a white Volvo.

Stephens, wanted for murder and Kidnapping, surrendered to authorities in West Point.

Barrett is a 22-year-old black man who is 5' 5" and weighs 140 pounds, and is wanted on the same charges.

Daniel Lee Allen is a 32 year-old black man who is 6'01" and weighs 230.
