ALBANY, GA (WALB) –An Albany man who struck and killed a roadside repairman Friday is now charged with misdemeanor vehicular homicide
Bryan Reddick is charged with failure to exercise due regard in vehicular homicide.
Reddick was driving the van that hit and killed 49-year old Dennis Andrew Martin on Moultrie Road Friday afternoon.
Martin worked for Albany Tractor Trailer and was putting fuel into a tractor trailer that had pulled to the side of the road because he ran out of diesel.
