LEESBURG, GA (WALB) - After four years of starting for the Lee County soccer team Kelly Polk is ready to compete at the next level.
Polk gathered with family and friends this Friday afternoon to sign a scholarship to play at ABAC in the fall. Kelly has helped lead the Trojans to a pair of region titles and a trip to the sweet 16. She hopes she can bring similar success to the Fillies and says ABAC was an easy choice.
"I really like their soccer, how they play soccer there, their coaching staff and everything they're really nice to me" said Polk.
Kelly has been an all region selection the last two years.
