ALBANY, GA (WALB) –The 9 year old Albany boy who ran away from home two nights ago, remains hospitalized Thursday night.  Jyquez Miller is in fair condition.

He was taken by ambulance to Phoebe Putney Hospital yesterday morning after he says he spent the frigid night outside.

Hundreds of volunteers and first responders searched for Miller throughout the night.

He returned home about 9:30 A-M.

Police are still investigating his story but say they are not looking for anyone in connection with the boy's disappearance.

Family friends say the boy was afraid of being punished at home after getting in trouble at school.
