ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  Thanks to tips from WALB viewers, Moultrie Police arrested a 16 year old for holding a Moultrie couple and their grandchildren at gunpoint New Year's Eve.

Monday, we told you Moultrie Police were looking for Latavious Clark. When E&E Grocery owners Eddie Lee and Ellenor Anderson saw his picture on our news, they called police to tell them he wasn't the person who robbed him.

After interviewing Clark, police ended up charging his 16-year-old brother with aggravated assault, attempted armed robbery, cruelty to children, and terroristic threats.
