ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany State men's basketball team opened up a three game home stand with a 64-62 win over Lane College Tuesday night. The Golden Rams improved to 2-6 overall and 2-3 in the SIAC.
The Lady Rams won for the first time this season in a 64-60 decision over Lane. The Dragons opened up the first half on a 27-4 run but led by Callie Hamilton's 17 points the Lady Rams put together an incredible comeback for the win.
The Lady Rams improved to 1-9 overall and 1-4 in the SIAC.
Albany State will host Kentucky State on Thursday. The women tip off at 5:30 followed by the men at 7:30.
