Grady County - The former Grady County teacher who's accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl is back in jail to face more child molestation charges.

Thirty-nine-year-old Peter Von Denton turned himself in Wednesday morning and was charged again with child molestation.

Two weeks ago he was charged with molesting a little girl who spent the night with one of his children. He bonded out the same day for $7,500. This time the judge refused to have Denton's arraignment until Thursday, which means he will stay in jail for a night.

Denton taught migrant students at several schools in Grady County. He's also a former drug agent for the Colquitt County Sheriff's Office.
