Brooks County - Some South Georgians are protesting against their school board.

People in Brooks County are upset at the way the school board is conducting their superintendent search. They say they're spending too much money looking for the candidates and aren't seeking community input.

Tuesday, the group held a rally at the Brooks County courthouse.

"They haven't asked us for our opinions, and our taxes have been raised six percent," said Chantel Moore, Parent.

The protesters took their case to the school board meeting last night, but no action was taken.
