VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) –A Berrien County man is charged with breaking into a home and raping a Valdosta woman he knows.

32-year old Manuel Rodriguez is charged with attacking a 42-year old woman on Riverhill Drive Monday morning.

He's charged with rape, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, burglary, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment.

Rodriguez is in jail on no bond.
