Businesses showcase their products and services

March 11, 2003

Albany- More than one hundred businesses have been setting up booths all day at the Ninth Annual Business Showcase. Organizers say the showcase is a great way for South Georgians to learn about businesses large and small.

"They can see a hundred and some businesses in one spot and enjoy themselves at the same time. They can see anything from beauty shops to financial services. It's kind of like one stop shopping," says Albany Chamber of Commerce Vice-President, Cathi Schillo.

Admission to the business showcase is free. There are also several businesses that will have samples of their food and beverage products. The event will last until 8 PM Tuesday.
