ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Once the new year starts a new company will move into one of the empty store fronts in Downtown Albany.

A vacant space has been leased to Elements Coffee Company.

They have another location on Ledo Road and is planning for the success of the second location.

But it doesn't come without some worry the Brown Bean Coffee Company opened in the same location failed.

The new owners say they're confident in their decision and believes Albany will support them.

"There is a lot of businesses who have made a name for themselves and have really brought a lot to Albany's downtown and has kept it alive for as long as it has, we'd like to dump into that and we would like to see it become a center of Attraction for Albany, it's a beautiful downtown," said Calvin King, Managing Partner Elements Coffee Co.

The owners plan on the down location completely up and running early in the new year.
