ALBANY, GA (WALB) -   The body of Clora T. Williams, a 79 year old woman who was missing, was found Wednesday afternoon.

She walked off from her 12th Avenue home in Dawson in her pajamas.

Her nephew, Terrell County Sheriff John Bowens, says Ms. Williams had Alzheimer's disease.

He believes she may have been trying to walk to the home of her sister, who died last year.

No cause of death has been determined, but the sheriff says she likely drowned in the water-filled ditch.

The GBI is on the way to Dawson to investigate.
