    Thomasville Police Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a shoplifting Sunday night. Employees said the man pulled knife and began swing it at them. He then ran to a vehicle parked in the parking lot and attempted to leave however, but the car would not start, so he took off running.

Albany- The United States National Guard is on the NASCAR circuit.

This NASCAR sports vehicle was created in honor of the National Guard and other units of the military. Driver, Todd Bodine, has competed in the car in several races, including the Daytona 500.

Master Sgt. Dale Shanklin, hopes when spectators see the car they will be even more supportive of the military. Master Sergeant, Dale Shanklin, says, "I hope this car will help increase patriotism and help people appreciate the military even more."

If you want to see the NASCAR, it will be on display at Flint River Harley Davidson until seven Thursday night.
