Buie's attorney issued a not guilty plea in a new arraignment Wednesday, a court formality after Prosecutors issued charges in a new indictment.
Attorney Johnnie Graham today filed a motion requesting to see e-mails mentioned as evidence in the second indictment.
The three other people indicted with Buie have all entered guilty pleas, and all are scheduled to testify at his trial.
