Buie waives second arraignment

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Don Buie's attorney, Johnnie Graham appeared in court on his behalf Wednesday afternoon to waive his right to a second arraignment on theft charges.

She entered a not guilty plea on his behalf to the court.

Buie was not present in the courtroom art the time of the informal proceeding.

His trial begins Monday in Dougherty Superior Court.
