ALBANY, GA (WALB) –A camera was apparently stolen from a Police Officer inside the Albany Law Enforcement Center headquarters.

Patrol Officer Merrill Brown reported his A-P-D issued camera missing December 2nd.

Brown says he left it in his Police bag on the floor in the Sergeant's Office with several officers in the room.

When he returned, the camera was gone.

Albany police are investigating the case.
