Deputies say 25-year-old Richard Barber drove his car in front of a Chevy Tahoe driven by Tiffany Conley on Ledo Road around 8 this morning then slammed on the brakes, which caused her to rear-end his car.
Deputies say they pulled into the Chili's parking lot and Barber jumped onto the hood of the Tahoe and tried to break the glass windshield.
Our cameras were rolling as deputies handcuffed Barber and placed him under arrest. He's charged with improper lane change, driving with no insurance, tag or registration and driving on a suspended license.
He's also facing charges of resisting arrest.
Investigators say Barber and Conley have a child together.
Barber is in the Lee County jail.
